What is an e-gift card?
It’s an electronic gift card that is sent to the specified recipient via email and can be redeemed against any products at the Cy Good Supplements.
How does it work?
- Choose the amount of money you want to put on the e-gift card and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in the form at the checkout with your personal information.
- In the field “Additional details”, provide the name and email of the person to whom we should send the card (please make sure the email address is correct because after the e-gift card is sent, we cannot cancel or refund your order). You may also leave a message for this person, we will include it on the card (see the example below).
- Pay for the e-gift card, and we will send it to the specified recipient (you’ll get a notification email once the e-gift card is sent).Please note that: the recipient is going to get e-gift card code in less the 24 hours.
- To redeem the e-gift card, the recipient needs to enter the code from it at the checkout.
Terms and Conditions:
- This gift voucher is valid until 2 months from the date of issuance.
- This gift voucher is valid for a single transaction only.
- This gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
- No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the gift voucher.
- After the gift voucher is sent to the specified recipient, we cannot cancel or refund your order and the balance cannot be transferred.
- No replacement for lost gift vouchers.
